The project
As more people survive into old age, the prevalence of heart failure, one of the most common and debilitating diseases in older people, will rise still further. Delaying or preventing heart failure will have great benefit to those at personal risk, their families, society and the economy.
The HOMAGE work plan is designed to ensure two major achievements :

The development of industrially usable cost-effective ‘omics based multiplex BM arrays that meet regulatory agencies and market requirements and

The production of reliable evidence based clinical results that will change clinical practice in elderly populations
